Many of our April patients are coordinating care from another country, managing a relocation, or juggling appointments around work travel. We’ve structured our process to make this as straightforward as possible.

WhatsApp, call or email us with your April policy details, or ask your HR/relocation coordinator or case manager to reach out on your behalf.

Send us your April Easy Claim e-card details, relevant referral letters (if your plan requires one), and your passport or ID.

Our team confirms your direct billing eligibility and, for planned surgery, submits the Advance Request Form to April on your behalf.

Dr Ganesh will assess your condition, discuss treatment options, and give you a clear picture of costs and next steps.

If your procedure is pre-authorised, we coordinate billing directly with April. If not, we provide the documentation you need for reimbursement.
